AT&T Commercial is a LIE!! You CAN talk and brows at the same time with Droid.

Why would AT&T need to hire a guy like Luke Wilson to defend Mac's iPohne?
Because they understand that unless they open mac's code to everyone, the can't compete with Open Source, Google's Droid!
That said, they came out with a ridicules commercial that make false statements about the Verizon Droid. They are stating that we Droidsters out there can't make a call and use the Internet at the same time??? NOT TRUE!!! :D
As long as you have WiFi open you can browse, either with the default browser that came with the phone or you can use the same pinch technology browser that iphone uses for free.
Download one of our FREE INTERNET BROWSERS, (DOLPHIN - use this link - http://www.androlib.com/r.aspx?r=dolphin&t=free) talk. pinch and browse all you want.

For that matter, call someone, place them on speaker, or blue-tooth and play with your Droid until you're done with the call. Nice try,, too bad you had to lie.
DROID RULES!

What’s open source

Up until recently iphone has dominated the phone world, Mac operating systems has had a nice run but the time has come for them to step aside and let the real computing take place in the shape of Open Source Linux!
Up until now, the only people who where able to use Unix / Linux where technical people. Today with Google’s Linux Open Source Android the game has changed and changed with a bang!
A lot of people are asking me "what’s open source?". well,,, in a nutshell it’s the ability to share your code with the world. Not be corporate about it and let people like you and me take a look, modify and customize the operating system to our likings. Basically lifting annoying restrictions that you would otherwise get with other operating systems like Windows and Mac. There are a lot of smart people out there that can and do contribute to the open source code and that’s all free and the way it should be.
Let me give you an example: Let’s say I would write a program, one of the questions you may ask me would be why bother writing the program?
Here are some of the answers:
1. School project.
2. Fun.
3. Make money.
4. Use it on my portfolio.
5. Street credit.
6. Show off.
7. Bragging rights.
8. Evolution of technology.
If my motivation is to make money, then I will be greedy and not share my code with anyone so that I can make the most amount of money. The code could even be bad and I will not even care because once I sell the application then I’m stuck with the code.

If my motivation is to elevate technology to a higher level for the benefit of this planet, then I would share my code with everyone, thus allowing others to look at it and make it better.

There are so many different solutions to a single problem / quest / idea, that no one man or one company can see everything, and that’s where open source comes in.

Instead of just me dealing with the application, it becomes a global application that can be tweaked be anyone and everyone who know how to write code.

ohh...oh... Droid is on the MOVE....

To my dear viewers, friends and new Droid family,
I have created this area on Zmood.com called zDroid Project to help everyone who has a Droid, enjoy their Droid to the max.
One of the things I will be bloging about is the many applications that this Motorola / Google / Verizon / Linux bases Droid has.
I would highly recommend you all to add any apps you think could benefit our new Droid family.
